30 day challenge

Time for change!!! 

I downloaded the app 30 day challenge, these next 30 days I am going to do the following challenges
- squat challenge
- crunch challenge
- no liquids other than water
- blog everyday 
- take a picture everyday
- read for half an hour a day
- learn yoga

I have set alarms for these from when my girls go to bed... So I will be more than ready for bed by 10pm!!

I am addicted to Pepsi max so this is definitely going to be a struggle, I have been having alot of late nights so bed early will be a struggle.. 
Am hoping being kept this busy, will stop me eating so much rubbish...
