30 day challenge

Time for change!!! 

I downloaded the app 30 day challenge, these next 30 days I am going to do the following challenges
- squat challenge
- crunch challenge
- no liquids other than water
- blog everyday 
- take a picture everyday
- read for half an hour a day
- learn yoga

I have set alarms for these from when my girls go to bed... So I will be more than ready for bed by 10pm!!

I am addicted to Pepsi max so this is definitely going to be a struggle, I have been having alot of late nights so bed early will be a struggle.. 
Am hoping being kept this busy, will stop me eating so much rubbish...

The past week!!

MONDAY-  Our biggest princess was being given and award in school, an honours award she had been nominated by her teacher, this was a total surprise for Katie and to see us in assembly made hers and our day.
We then went out with some friends, then me and Elsie spent the afternoon cuddling as Katie was going to her friends after school so no school run!

TUESDAY - We went to our usual tots group in the morning, then spent the afternoon with some friends at our house.

WEDNESDAY- We went with Lesley Anne and Chloe to activity world, hoping to stay there all day,but the girls got tired very quickly,we managed lunch then home to chill, then on to swimming lessons such hard work I am always exhausted when I get home.

THURSDAY - Soft play at sims, it's only on for a couple of hours, and Elsie, lockie and Chloe played so nicely we stayed the whole time, after school run it was time for ballet.

FRIDAY - food shopping day, then we went to a friends for lunch.

SATURDAY - Cuddles in bed kind of morning then tidied the garden, bike ride to mum and dads, home to tidy more, the girls went off to a skate park with daddy, I got ready for my run, chilled evening ..

Finally it's half term, we are all shattered and in need of a break!!! We have lots planned, but hopefully manage to get some chill time in

Meal planning Monday

Been a while since I have done this but looking forward to getting back into it.. All I feel like doing now is getting the slow cooker back put and making some wintery meals, but trying to keep it spring like....


MONDAY- chicken burgers and salad
TUESDAY- spag Bol
WEDNESDAY- pasta and sauce, garlic bread
THURSDAY - out for dinner
FRIDAY - chilli
 SATURDAY- homemade fish and chips



HOOPS AND CROSSES WALKERS REVIEW

So we got offered the chance to do our first review, we were very excited awaiting the arrival of the crisps! 

My girls are big crisp lovers, so when these arrived they loved the fact they were not crisp shape, they couldn't wait to get them open, the monkey that came holding the crisps was a hit also... 

The crisps were shared out in bowls between my 2 girls and obviously a bowl for monkey, they had a little game of naughts and crosses, then put the hoops on fingers before the taste test... 

THEY LOVED THEM AND WE HAVE SINCE HAD TO BUY SOME MORE. 

I Often worry about healthy snacks to give my girls, but these are so appealing and with 56% wholegrain these are perfect.

I'm back

So I've been so busy been abit lazy with my blog!!

Been keeping Katie in track at school and Elsie busy with friends everyday, am back on the diet.
Have weddings coming up and parties so want to look my best.

Been taking Elsie swimming every week, she is a real fan of the water, just floats around on her own.

We have been loving the nicer weather, so much easier to get out and about.

Now to do the walkers review that's been waiting for me.
